Late Cancel and No-Shows:

You will lose your pass assigned to that class. If you are on a membership you will be charged a $15 fee to your Card on file. Policy change on 1/3/24, enforcement will begin in February.

A late cancel is less than 12 hours before a class. For example if you are signed-up for a 9:00 am class, please cancel if need be before 9 pm the night before. We kindly ask that you make any cancellation at least 12 hours before class time to allow someone time to sign-up for your spot. Due to our growing community and small studio size, we are starting to fill our classes. This is both good news and bad news. Around the winter holidays we were having a crazy amount of last minute cancels and no-shows. We understand “Life happens”, but when we multiply that by a dozen yogis then we all suffer.

Every time you register for a class you will receive a class registration email and a link to cancel if need be. You will also receive a reminder email around 4 pm the day before with a link to cancel if you have a conflict. If you need to cancel and can’t find any of these emails, please sign-in to your account with us 👉 PunchPass and under Menu > My Reservations click on the class you wish to cancel.

If you miss cancelling 12 hours before class time, we still appreciate knowing that you will not be making it into class. Otherwise, we are saving a spot for you.

If a “real” crisis has occurred, please reach out to Liz for exceptions to this policy as soon as possible. For 10 years, I have refrained from writing an Official Cancellation Policy, but out of respect for all I think it is best if we are all on the same page.

Safety for Teachers and Students is always foremost! Any cancellation of classes will be up-to-date on our 👉 Schedule. If you are enrolled in a class that we are cancelling we will contact you by email/text. In General, if it is a School Day, we will try to follow Kirkwood School Closings.
