108 Sun Salutations

Join area yogis and instructors for the annual Yoga for Peace St. Louis event. Our own Emmet Schmelig will be one of the mala leaders (one of four instructors leading 27 sun salutations each). Yoga for Peace is an international event which was originated as a way to counter the violent acts of 9/11 with a community wide effort toward peace through yoga. Come practice all or just a few of 108 sun salutations!

Community Yoga in Kirkwood Park!
May through September 2010
Sunday mornings, 9:00 a.m–10:00 am. at Kirkwood Park next to the baseball field. Bring a mat and water and dress for the weather. Led by  Emmet Schmelig.
